5 stars. It’s so hard to find a mechanic you trust! When I had a problem with my personal vehicle I panicked! I didn’t know where I could go and trust what they are telling me is accurate. I remembered The Company I work for brings all there trucks here. I didn’t know if my car was under warranty I was going through a mess of paperwork trying to figure it out! Rj called me up to service desk and he had already called and sorted all that out for me! I did not ask him to he just did it. He laid it all out for me told me what he would do but left it up to me. I have been trying to get an inspection for my car for 2 hours after work.  I went to several places that told me it would take 1-2 hours to get my car inspected. A couple of places wanted me to drop my car off and pick it up the next day or it would be a couple of days before they could even consider looking at it.  I was getting discouraged and almost decided to give up, but I saw a napa  auto care sign and decided to see if they would be able to do it. I proceeded to the back and spoke to RJ, who was cool, but also had jokes(in a good way).  He was very friendly told me that they could get my car inspected immediately. Maybe the stars aligned for me because I almost gave up, but this is a choice I am glad I made.  It may have taken 15 at the most 20 minutes to inspect my car! These gentlemen gave me great, friendly and fast service and I do greatly appreciate it.  You will continue to get my business and I will let people know to patronage your business. My wife and I used to live right down the road from One Stop and found it one day when I needed some work done on my Jeep. Firestone and other mechanic shops wouldn't take us on a walk in so we went to One Stop, and they got us in immediately. Since then we have gone to them for everything (Oil change, tire rotation, tune up, you name it). We have moved down to Chesterfield and still refuse to go anywhere else. The staff is friendly and professional and they know what they are doing. I recommend One Stop to anyone that asks where to go for car maintenance or mechanical work. One Stop Auto Repair has given me a great experience today. I called this morning wondering if I would be able to get an inspection, and to my pleasant surprise Dave responded "Sure come on in" and even told my boyfriend that he could bring his car in as well. When I walked in I felt very welcomed and I have been here once before so they already had my information stored In their system. Although I only came for an inspection, they noticed I had a few other problems with my car as well so they asked if I would like to get them done. I'm so glad that I trusted  RJ and the other repairman to get that done because my air filter was filthy!!! I am from out of town. This shop was recommended by the tow truck driver. I found this shop to be professional and very courteous. They actually referred me to another shop when they found my warranty would only cover work at Toyota service centers. They called the Toyota shop for me and asked them to work me in ASAP and asked them to give me a ride to my meeting. They got my truck started for me so I could get to the other shop.
