I came in early for a state inspection and was really happy with my experience. I was greeted by the owner when I arrived and checked in right away. The inspection itself was done quickly and someone made sure to check in with me while some recommended maintenance was done. I never felt forgotten about, something I've felt A LOT at my dealer.
