They don't try to get over on you like a lot of shops do, they give you a breakdown on what needs to be done before they do any work to your car. We took our Nissan to a few different places including two Nissan dealers who could not fix the car. All the dealers could do is tell us what the computer said the car needed, which never fixed the problem and cost more many than it should have. One Stop took their time -- diagnosed the problem with their eyes and hands in addition to using Nissan's stupid computer. The impossible problem for Nissan dealers ended up being a fuel pump and spark plugs.

I was very happy with the way the staff at One Stop Auto Repair treated me when I had my oil changed. They did not try to pressure me or run up a bill on minor repair issues. I did really appreciate them informing me about a minor engine rear main seal oil leak. I know can watch for a problem and budget for the repair if the leak gets worse. - Matt H.
